We have a common interest in raising Butler cattle of high quality and purity. Our programs have genetic input from the Meshell, Graves, Partlow, Holman, Lepper and Sanders subfamilies. The greatest emphasis has come from the Meshell program.

Our bulls often go back to the Russell bred bulls; Classic and Monarch. More immediately, our programs are influenced by Coach and FA Field Marshal. We offer an alternative and breeding opportunity to the descendants of Liberty Lad 31-Dode’s Boy as well as for cattle with Graves-Stark in their pedigrees.

In the overall Butler Family, cattle of our type of emphasis account for three of the four longest tip to tip horned Butler bulls and three of the four longest tip to tip horned Butler cows. The leaders in each category also are of this type of breeding.

We recommend this type of "Real" Butler breeding to other Butler breeders and to "blend" breeders who would like to add or maintain horn size within their herds.
